Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Berux software, API, and associated services. By creating an account or installing the Berux extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License and Acceptable Use

Berux grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our AI development tools. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Berux engine or its underlying machine learning models.

• Use the service to automatically generate malicious code, malware, or vulnerability exploits.

• Resell or redistribute the API access keys provided in your account.

2. Token Limits and Fair Use

For users on the "Developer" (Free) plan, usage is strictly limited to 10,000 tokens per month. Users on the "Team" plan enjoy unlimited usage, subject to our Fair Use Policy. We reserve the right to throttle or temporarily suspend accounts that exhibit anomalous request patterns or automated bot-like behavior that degrades the experience for other engineers.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

For our Enterprise tier customers, we guarantee a 99.99% uptime for our global inference edge network. Compensation for downtime outside of scheduled maintenance windows will be provided as account credits, as detailed in your specific Enterprise Master Services Agreement.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm our infrastructure.
